Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use EventSDG, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to buyers, organizers, and visitors to our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and account credentials; event details created by organizers; and the contents of your ticket orders. We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and browser type and basic usage data, to keep the platform running and secure.
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor. EventSDG does not store your full card number on its servers.
How We Use Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process ticket purchases and refunds, issue and validate tickets, provide organizer analytics and customer-management tools, send transactional messages such as order confirmations, prevent fraud, and improve the Services.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We never have and never will sell your personal information, and we do not sell attendee data belonging to organizers. Protecting your data is a core commitment, not an afterthought.
Sharing With Organizers
When you buy a ticket, the organizer of that event receives the information necessary to fulfill and manage your order — such as your name, email, and what you purchased. Organizers are independently responsible for how they use that information and must comply with applicable privacy laws.
Service Providers
We share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, such as payment processors and email delivery services. These providers may only use the information to perform services on our behalf.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes may be communicated by additional notice.
