Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an organizer account.

EventSDG supports three primary roles: Buyers, who purchase tickets; Organizers, who create and sell tickets to events; and Administrators, who operate the platform. Organizer accounts may require approval before events can be published.

As an organizer, you are solely responsible for your events, including their accuracy, legality, scheduling, pricing, and delivery. You are responsible for honoring the tickets and add-ons you sell, for setting and communicating your own refund and transfer policies, and for complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations. You grant EventSDG a limited license to display your event content in order to provide the Services.

When you purchase a ticket, you are buying it from the organizer of that event, not from EventSDG. EventSDG facilitates the transaction and issues your ticket with a QR code. Refund eligibility is determined by the organizer's stated policy. Tickets may be transferred to another registered user where the organizer permits it.

EventSDG charges a platform fee of $0.25 per ticket sold, and standard payment processing fees apply to card transactions. These fees are disclosed during checkout and at the point of sale. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; by transacting on the platform you also agree to their terms. Organizer proceeds, net of fees, are made available through the payout ledger and disbursed according to the payout schedule.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by listing fraudulent or illegal events, reselling tickets in violation of an organizer's terms, attempting to circumvent fees, uploading malicious code, scraping data, or interfering with the operation or security of the platform.

If an event is canceled or materially changed, the organizer is responsible for issuing refunds through the platform. EventSDG may, at its discretion, facilitate refunds to protect buyers, but is not obligated to fund refunds on an organizer's behalf.

The EventSDG name, logo, and software are owned by EventSDG and protected by law. Event content remains the property of the organizers who create it. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventSDG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts and omissions of organizers or buyers. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees we collected on the transaction giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time, subject to obligations for events already in progress.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
